Abstract:

A decision tree is a tool for visualizing decisions. It has the property that it can be used to calculate the profitability of decisions, i.e., what are the expected values of each action. In order to evaluate innovation performance of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, including evaluating their innovation performance based on improved decision. This study goals to measure the effect of service management on hospitality industries in china's industries and measure that organizational performance in Chinese companies. A total of 200 managers and staff from Chinese hospitality organizations participated in the poll. Use various analytical applications to measure the influence of variables for this investigation. This study is based on first-hand information. Use some questionnaires to collect data, and have the 200-respondent individual answer out these questions. Independent variables are separated into distinct portions of the questions. Services management is one of the most important aspects of an organization's capacity to retain and preserve competitive advantages among similar hospitality businesses. Descriptive statistics, linear regression analysis, one-way ANOVA test, reliability test, and validity test analysis were all used for this aim. The results are shown by a Pareto chart, which explains the success of the hotel industry. Customer happiness, corporate core value, and development management success are all linked to the hotel industry's performance, according to the study. The result shows that productivity learning ability, technology learning ability and market competitiveness are positively correlated with innovations performance; inventory turns ratio is negatively correlated with innovations performance. And improved decision tree algorithm needs further research by experts to verify its soundness. The comprehensive study demonstrates how service management and hospitality performance have positive and substantial benefits. Customer happiness is linked to industry performance in a significant way. Finally, the report suggested that the industries implement a performance management system that promotes regular, constructive, and growing feedback. Companies should encourage decentralized decision-making and improved service quality. Furthermore, the corporation should establish service management levels in all of its businesses to align with best practices. Every business is affected by service management methods. It is required in order to improve overall industrial performance and working conditions.
