Abstract:

In the process of architectural collaborative design, affected by the collaborative design mode, the project cost is high. Therefore, a multi discipline collaborative design process analysis based on building BIM information model is proposed. According to the design depth requirements of different disciplines, the building information model is constructed. Take BIM Technology as the core, design multi specialty forward collaborative design mode. The parametric processing of spatial grid structure is completed with Revit series software as the main tool. Through the communication of multi professional design information, the collaborative design process framework is generated. The example analysis results show that the designed multi-disciplinary collaborative design process is applied to the actual project construction, which reduces the project cost by 10.4472 million yuan.
