Intelligent Forklift Maturity Evaluation and Manufacturing Cost Management Based on Machine Vision

Abstract:

With the development of information technology the, manufacturing industry is becoming more and more intelligent, and its maturity is directly related to cost management. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the intelligence maturity accurately. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the embedded machine vision system, the edge of the intelligent forklift is detected by using the edge operator to evaluate the maturity of the system. Using the relationship between the maturity of intelligent forklift and the direct material cost, the direct labor cost and the manufacturing cost, the PSO algorithm is used to realize the optimal management. Test results show that the design method can achieve the accurate evaluation of enterprise intelligent maturity, and combined with the evaluation results, the specific cost management program is given.
