Abstract:

Many cell, animal vector and clinical studies have shown that CHL1 is associated with a variety of tumors, but no diffuse analysis of single gene CHL1 has been reported. Therefore, based on the data from TCGA (Cancer Genome Map) and Geo (Gene Expression Short), we first explore the potential carcinogenic effect of CHL1 on tumours 33. In most cancers, CHL1 expression is low, and CHL1 expression is significantly different from the prognosis of cancer patients. At the same time, CHL1 immune cells were associated with many cancers. The objective of this study was for CHL1 in different tumour carcinogenesis has a more comprehensive understanding in order to facilitate extensive tumour study.
