Abstract:

Intelligent computing models offer transformative potential for the pedagogical reform of civic education courses at universities. This paper examines the integration of intelligent computing with collegiate civic education, focusing on achieving theoretical consistency and value alignment between technological capabilities and educational objectives. In response to emerging opportunities and challenges, this study proposes a comprehensive strategy for enhancing civic education through intelligent computing by developing a robust teaching database, refining educational processes, and constructing an advanced teaching platform. The proposed integration framework is structured across three layers: data infrastructure, technical services, and bionic application, which collectively foster the development, linkage, and innovative advancement of civic courses intertwined with intelligent computing technologies. Empirical results from the application of this model in university settings indicate a significant enhancement in educational outcomes, with a 17% improvement in teaching performance and an 85% approval rating from students. These findings underscore the efficacy of integrating intelligent computing models into civic education, illustrating substantial benefits in both teaching quality and student engagement.
