Abstract:
Along with the development of ecological theory and college English teaching reform, the ecological teaching mode of college English has come into being. This paper analyzes the current situation of college English from the ecology perspective, puts forward ecological and human-centered ecological principles, uses ecological methods as a research tool, and aims to promote the ecological balance of English language teaching. Based on the position and orientation of "ecological optimization", a personalized college English learning system is built through bioinformatics empowerment. Finally, the study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of students' learning in teaching English in college classrooms with bioinformatics empowerment. The results showed that the English teaching study class with bioinformatics empowerment had an excellent rate of 73.54, a passing rate of 91.24, a mean score of 83.75, and a standard deviation of 17.1234, while the control class had an excellent rate of 80.45, a passing rate of 90.34, a mean score of 87.21, and a standard deviation of 14.3221. English language teaching can be a good aid for students to learn English and help them to learn and memorize English vocabulary.
