Abstract:
This paper firstly researches the improvement path of the college education management system and summarizes the innovative countermeasures of the college education management system based on the incentive mechanism of the annual salary system and the complete appointment system of the college under the competition mechanism. Secondly, based on intelligent management of college education, it is proposed that an intelligent college management system be built and designed to realize the system function and database. Then, the practical application of the intelligent management system of college education is explored, and the intelligent education management system of colleges and universities in the context of the human health and health community is studied and analyzed. The results show that in terms of system performance, the performance optimization of the server CPU has achieved some effect, and the performance improvement is roughly around 10.12%-14.98%. In the evaluation and analysis, there is a significant correlation between most of the ten main key process domains of education quality management, and there is a non-significant effect of college level and college type on education management. This study not only embodies the improvement and innovation countermeasures of the university education management system but also has theoretical guiding significance for comprehensively strengthening the international cooperation of universities and building a human health and health community.
