Abstract:

Modern diversified design concepts provide new possibilities for artwork pattern design, especially the application of biological graphics has a greater design value. Based on the classification research of microbial images, this paper categorizes the structure, color, texture and other morphological features of their images, makes artistic excavation of microbial forms from the perspective of visual language, and adopts different transformation techniques to transform the visual language of forms into design graphics. Aiming at the unique pattern design of microorganisms, the information communication mode of image symbols is constructed, so as to put forward a new paradigm of graphic design of artwork patterns under the concept of bio-graphic design. The RGB space of the 1st color of “Beige Satin Ground Canton Embroidery Tablecloth with Lotus Pond and Mandarin Ducks Pattern” is (176,157,131), and the pixel value accounts for 20.64%. The RGB space of the 2nd bit color is (193,176,152) and the HSV mapping space is (36,21,76). This study provides a practical operational path for the application of microbial images in artwork pattern design.
