Thinking about the Dilemma and the Way Out for the Labor Rights and Interests Protection of "Net-Contracted Workers" Under the New Industry——Based on the Social Theory of Risk

Abstract:

In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology, "Internet +" economy into the public's field of vision. The group of "net contract labor" came into being. In the process of development, the problem that the rights and interests of net contracted workers cannot be guaranteed has also appeared. Based on the theory of risk society, this paper analyzes the three major problems of labor relationship identification, social security implementation, and weak awareness of rights protection of net contract workers from the three dimensions of personal risk, institutional risk and social risk, analyzes the current predicament of the protection of labor rights and interests of net contract workers, and gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
