Abstract:
Corporate governance is still a frequently discussed theoretical and practical issue. Corporate governance arises with the separation of corporate ownership and management rights. It establishes the relationship between owners and operators, but in practice it is still there a large number of situations where the ownership and management rights of enterprises are not separated. In the process of corporate governance, business owners and operators are not only the governance subjects of the enterprise but also strategic decision-makers. They have an important influence on the choice of various corporate strategies, which naturally includes human resource management strategies. It can be found from existing research that many scholars have found some of the reasons that affect corporate governance and human resource management. However, the research on the impact of the choice of corporate governance model on human resource management has not yet been completed, and its impact mechanism is not sufficient. Based on the empirical research, whether there are other influencing factors is worthy of further exploration. Based on this, this article takes private enterprises as an example. Based on previous research on the relationship between corporate governance and human resource management, it uses human resource management effectiveness to measure the results of human resource management. It is result-oriented and uses empirical analysis methods to measure the results. Explore the impact mechanism of different corporate governance models on human resource management effectiveness and the mediating role of organizational investment in it. The results show that there is a correlation between corporate governance model and organizational investment and human resource management effectiveness. Among them, corporate governance model has an impact on human resource management effectiveness. At the same time, organizational investment has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between corporate governance model and human resource management effectiveness. By taking my country's private enterprises as research samples to explore the relationship between corporate governance models and human resource management effectiveness, we hope to find some useful results and promote the further development of corporate governance and human resource management research.
