Abstract:

BIM technology plays a crucial role in construction project schedule management. Through 3D modeling and 4D integration, it provides visual progress display and construction simulation. Collaborative work and information sharing enable teams to work more closely together, updating and sharing progress information in real-time. However, technological complexity, data quality, and team communication remain challenges. We must address these challenges to fully leverage the advantages of BIM technology and develop effective strategies for future development.
