Abstract:
Developing countries now rely on biotechnology innovation to drive economic growth because it creates revolutionary tools for agriculture and healthcare as well as industrial production sectors. The research scrutinizes biotechnological progress through the analysis of GM crops and biofertilizers and pest-resistant plants which improve agricultural output while decreasing food scarcity and improving local rural finances. This segment investigates healthcare biotechnology applications through examinations of low-cost vaccine development along with therapeutic drugs and diagnostic equipment which boost both population health success and workplace efficiency and lower healthcare financing costs. Even though biotechnology delivers many advantages developing nations struggle to implement large-scale biotechnology use because they lack money and weak research capacities and genetic engineering doubts from their citizens. Resolving these obstacles needs purpose-driven policy decisions and higher scientific research spending in addition to enhanced worldwide technology distribution and learning partnerships. The countries that prioritize biotechnology education investment alongside innovation development establish themselves as rising forces in worldwide bio-economy marketplace. Biotechnology innovation serves as a major development tool which allows developing countries to boost their economic expansion through optimized agriculture practices and enhanced health services as well as industrial evolution. The appropriate policy structure combined with made improvements and long-term investments can enable biotechnology to act as a driver of sustainable growth together with national economic strength and international market competitiveness. Future economic development in developing regions depends heavily on national economic strategies that incorporate biotechnology because of industrial technology advancements
