Abstract:

In recent years, with the implementation of a new round of basic education reform, quality education requirements popular, university sports more and more attention, but the traditional university physical education teaching process boring, single teaching method, easy to lead to students lose enthusiasm for sports activities. Physical education is an indispensable part of the university and plays a very important role in the teaching of students. The new curriculum reform also actively advocates scientific research and the implementation of a new teaching method, actively promotes the independent innovation of educational methods, and dares to apply a new teaching method to university education. As a more traditional teaching method, sports game teaching has the characteristics of vividness and diversity. It can fully arouse students' enthusiasm and interest in self-exercise, and create a more relaxed learning environment and atmosphere. It not only makes students keep relaxed and happy psychologically, but also improves the quality and effect of teaching to a certain extent. In addition, game teaching method is an important teaching method in college physical education. It plays a great role in promoting students' skills and participating in sports activities. At the same time, it generates new vitality and motivation for physical education teaching and promotes the good development of all kinds of teaching activities. Therefore, this paper discusses the application of game teaching method in college physical education, and puts forward effective implementation strategies, in order to provide reference for the application of game teaching method in physical education.
