Abstract:
In the ARCS motivation design model, based on the four dimensions of A (attention), R (correlation), C (self-confidence), and S (satisfaction), the core quality training of young children's sports is divided into four stages, namely, the analysis stage, the formulation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage, and the work of each stage is implemented. Young children are the main force in building a country in the future, and they shoulder the important task of building a sports power. Therefore, the attention of the academic community to the core literacy of young children's sports is also increasing. Early childhood sports activities are an important component of sports core quality training activities, which can not only fully exert children's potential, but also play a positive role in promoting children's physical and mental development. Therefore, applying the ARCS motivation design model to early childhood sports activities can enhance children's interest in sports and enhance their lifelong sports awareness. The main purpose of this article is to explore the teaching strategies for the training of children's core sports qualities based on the ARCS motivation design model. It can use sports games to improve children's attention, imagination, self-confidence, and satisfaction, thereby helping to improve children's core sports qualities, and thereby promoting their healthy development.
