Abstract:

In physical education, the main content of sports psychology is to cultivate students' cognitive awareness of sports activities, students' thoughts and emotions, establish sports goals and improve the physical quality, thinking and exploring the students' psychological activities and psychological quality in the learning process of physical education course. The main goal of PE psychology in PE teaching is not only to improve the teaching quality of PE courses, but also to correctly guide students to cultivate good psychological quality. With the development of The Times, education methods for students have gradually stepped into the information age. The continuous combination of information education has applied electronic computers, multimedia systems, big data technology and artificial intelligence into classroom teaching, scientific research and management methods to create a digital campus platform of learning and training, opening up, sharing, cooperation and intelligence, and promoted the reform of basic education in colleges and universities. The cultural education in colleges and universities should be oriented towards the concept of physical and mental health, scientific, reasonable and sustainable development, and promote the all-round development of students. Due to the rapid development of network technology, more and more of the new technology is applied in college physical education classroom teaching, among which the more common is the application of modern information technology, which can effectively improve the effect of college physical education classroom teaching.
