Abstract:

In order to improve the mechanical rationality and artistic expression of the sketch creation, the study is based on biomechanics, finite element analysis (FEA) and computer simulation to analyze the geometric characteristics of the lines, the stability of the force and the deformation characteristics. The results show that the maximum stress of the straight line structure in axial force can reach 18.7 MPa, with a deformation of 0.03 mm; the maximum stress of the curved line structure in lateral force is 12.5 MPa, with a deformation of 0.12 mm; and the maximum stress of the folded line due to the effect of stress concentration reaches 26.4 MPa, with a deformation of 0.09 mm. Optimization of the radius of curvature R = 5-30 mm and the line-width ratio t/L = 0.02-0.08 can improve the visual quality and artistic performance of the sketches. The optimization of the radius of curvature R=5-30 mm and line width ratio t/L=0.02-0.08 can improve the visual stability and force balance.
