Abstract

With the rapid increase in the development of technology, the demand of business is also increased. the scope of economic management in domain of biotechnology specialty is increased from recent many years. Thus, for the better understanding of the economic management based on KPIs the best teaching quality is necessary for biotechnology field. Therefore, we studied that the teaching quality of economic management specialty is the core link of teaching work. There is essential need to improve teaching strategies in order to enhance teaching quality. In the classroom teaching of economic management specialty, the teaching evaluation index management model of economic management specialty is constructed, Ping has optimized the share of teaching evaluation elements. In the process of teaching quality comparison, it pays attention to the key performance indicators in the process of realizing the dual subject and all-round development of economic management specialty. Finally, the experiment proves that the teaching quality comparison method of economic management specialty based on KPI evaluation model has high application accuracy.
