Abstract

In the rapidly evolving healthcare sector, the integration of information technology has become crucial for delivering quality services and improving patient outcomes. With the continuous advancements in technology, there is a pressing need to provide healthcare professionals with on-demand content and individualized curricula to enhance their computational thinking skills and adapt to the changing landscape of the industry. The reliance on technology in healthcare has become indispensable, with computer systems playing a vital role in various aspects of medical practice, research, and administration. The revolution of computers and the internet has led to global development, and the invention of machines has completely transformed the way healthcare operates. In this context, it is imperative to equip healthcare professionals with the necessary computational thinking skills to effectively leverage technology and deliver optimal patient care. To address this need, this research focuses on analyzing the training of computer talent and computational thinking in the healthcare sector. A quantitative research approach is employed, and data is analyzed using the statistical package of Social Sciences. The study reveals the significance of enhancing computational thinking skills among healthcare professionals and the role of teachers and learning institutions in this process. Based on the findings, it is evident that healthcare professionals should be encouraged and motivated to learn modern knowledge and computational thinking. This can be achieved through well-structured on-demand training programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of learners with varying abilities. By adopting such an approach, healthcare professionals can better adapt to rapid technological changes and effectively contribute to advancements in patient care, medical research, and healthcare management. In conclusion, the healthcare sector must recognize the critical role of computational thinking skills in providing efficient and effective healthcare services. By embracing on-demand training and personalized curricula, healthcare professionals can stay abreast of technological developments and ensure the best-fit instruction for their unique requirements. Ultimately, a well-trained workforce equipped with computational thinking skills will significantly contribute to the betterment of healthcare services and benefit society as a whole.
