This paper introduces an innovative approach to evaluating talent training effectiveness in the agricultural sector using Fuzzy Hierarchical Analysis (FHA). It examines the symbiotic relationship between workforce development and economic impact, emphasizing the role of training in driving innovation, productivity, and sustainability. The study showcases FHA's ability to consider diverse factors, including training outcomes, industry alignment, participant feedback, and financial implications. By embracing both financial considerations and sector-specific needs, the paper highlights how optimized training models contribute to agricultural sector resilience and long-term sustainability. Recycling, energy from waste, secondary resources trading, and deposit-refund system did exist centuries ago. The time charts provided in this article make clear that economic interest is the major driver to waste minimization and landfill prevention.
