Abstract

This paper presents a qualitative study on developing an evaluation method for biotechnological management training, utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. With the rapid evolution of information technology, IoT has become a pivotal tool in many sectors, including education. In biotechnological education, IoT can greatly enhance the teaching and training process by providing real-time data collection and analysis, offering a dynamic and responsive learning environment. This research explores the use of IoT-enabled sensors and digital technologies to improve traditional educational paradigms in biotechnological management. The approach not only facilitates a high-quality, tailored learning experience but also addresses specific training needs within the biotechnology sector. Through the implementation of sensor technology for data transmission and digital sensors to enhance learning engagement, this study tests system performance and the qualitative impact on educational outcomes. Preliminary test results validate the effectiveness of the IoT-enhanced teaching system, demonstrating its practical impact in improving management training in biotechnology. This approach promises a significant advancement in developing skilled professionals equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in the biotechnological industry
