Abstract

In order to rapidly improve the education quality of hotel management specialty in China, this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the satisfaction of the education quality of hotel management specialty. Using the questionnaire survey method to collect, count and analyze the data, and analyze the education quality in detail from different levels. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper provides a more objective and detailed result analysis on the education quality satisfaction of hotel management specialty. The results show that the reform and improvement of hotel management education quality from the aspects of talent quality, teaching quality and service quality can better reflect the integrity of education quality.
