Abstract

Measurement and evaluation are critical components of classroom teaching, with measurement reflecting factual judgments and evaluation representing value judgments. These two aspects are interdependent and mutually influential. This paper explores the relationship between measurement and evaluation within the context of culture and education, emphasizing educational materials that enhance the quality and efficiency of educational outcomes. In classroom teaching, the concepts of measurement and evaluation are often conflated, leading to reduced accuracy and effectiveness. Leveraging intelligent analysis, data mining, and advanced data analytics systems, this study examines how biotechnology-driven data solutions can redefine educational assessment strategies. The emergence of data mining technologies offers transformative potential for data analysis and processing in higher education institutions, facilitating the development of personalized learning pathways and optimizing educational efficiency. Furthermore, this integration accelerates the sustainable growth of information technology in colleges and universities, opening new avenues for commercial biotechnology applications in educational technology solutions, cognitive development analysis, and adaptive learning systems.
