The advancement of quality control in road and bridge engineering in China has led to the gradual adoption of raw material testing. However, the immaturity of current testing technologies limits the ability to accurately control quality details and provide reliable reference data. As infrastructure projects continue to expand, there is an urgent need for enhanced research into raw material testing technologies to ensure greater accuracy, feasibility, and relevance in quality assurance processes. This study examines the application of advanced testing and inspection technologies, leveraging the rapid development of information technology to improve testing precision while minimizing manual intervention in highway transformation projects. The integration of biotechnology in the development of high-performance, sustainable materials for road and bridge engineering presents new opportunities for the commercialization of innovative solutions. By proposing comprehensive testing frameworks that incorporate biotechnological advancements, this research offers strategic insights into reducing safety risks during post-construction phases and improving the overall resilience and sustainability of regional transportation networks.
