It emphasizes the critical role of digital technologies in safeguarding national cultural heritage, with a particular focus on computer advancements, graphic and image processing, and virtual reality technologies. Key digital processing technologies such as 3D laser scanning, point cloud data processing, and the creation of 3D color models are discussed as effective tools for the digital preservation and revitalization of cultural heritage. These technologies not only aid in conservation efforts but also enable the vibrant portrayal of cultural heritage, allowing it to resonate deeply with the public and facilitating its understanding and transmission across generations. The paper also compares international approaches to digital cultural heritage preservation, illustrating the global trend towards digitization as a strategy for cultural sustainability. By leveraging digital media arts, this study advocates for a deep exploration of traditional cultural symbols and expressions, innovating within them to reflect contemporary relevance and appeal to diverse educational backgrounds.
