University English teaching is a small ecology in the sociocultural macro ecology, and with the complexity of the socio-ecological network, traditional English teaching can no longer meet the needs of society. In this paper, we propose a university English teaching model that integrates the bioinformatics domain with the graph structure, based on the original graph structure, by defining the importance of edges and removing the unimportant edges, thus realizing the structural information enhancement of the graph. And starting from the interface of the knowledge graph visual query system, the main functions of the interactive visual English teaching interactive system are designed and implemented. The results show that the average score of the experimental class for the five learning tasks is 73.08, while the average score of the control class is 65.41. According to the t-test result, the t-value is 3.225, and the p-value is 0.038 (p<0.05), which indicates that the test scores of the two classes are different and that the experimental group is better than the control group. The bioinformatics domain-integrated teaching approach constructed in this paper effectively improves the teaching effect of college English classrooms and then promotes the virtuous cycle and sustainable development of the college English classroom teaching ecosystem.
