This paper examines the implementation of the Marxist view of the masses within the Chinese socio-political landscape, a cornerstone of institutional development and a distinguishing feature of revolutionary governance. Adopting this Marxist perspective has historically supported the success of socialist revolutions and transformations in China by resonating with grassroots interactions. However, as Chinese society evolves, the application of this Marxist framework encounters new and complex challenges that require innovative solutions. This study proposes the utilization of biotechnological methodologies, specifically optimization algorithms, to refine and adapt the Marxist view of the masses to contemporary Chinese conditions. These biotechnological tools allow for a dynamic and systematic approach to integrating traditional Marxist principles with modern Chinese practices, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of these ideological frameworks in current social development. The approach involves constructing a path model that employs biotechnological innovations to virtualize and implement the Sinicized Marxist view. This model focuses on developing both the hardware and software necessary for enforcing the adapted rules and guidelines, ensuring that they are suitably integrated into the fabric of Chinese grassroots organizations. The goal is to create a robust system that not only adheres to the ideological guidance of the Communist Party of China but also actively incorporates new Marxist thoughts to shape its application in the new era. By leveraging the universal, objective, and contemporary aspects of the Marxist mass view, this research aims to further the Chineseization of Marxist ideology, providing a structured and technologically supported framework that can navigate the complexities of modern governance. This approach demonstrates how biotechnological tools can be effectively used beyond traditional fields, applying them to the social sciences to foster deeper understanding and practical implementations of complex ideological systems.
