This study explores the integration of digital health tools into the teaching of vocal music and traditional music culture at the collegiate level, highlighting the application of biotechnological concepts in educational settings. We developed a cloud-based platform utilizing open-source software to merge vocal music education with traditional music cultural elements. The platform's architecture and its testing tools are thoroughly examined to ensure robust functionality and performance under varying loads. Performance evaluations indicate that the system maintains stability under high demand, with system response times and memory usage increasing as the number of concurrent users grows. Specifically, with 1000 concurrent users, the platform's response time peaks at 296.8 ms. Below this user threshold, performance metrics show minimal increase, confirming the platform's efficiency and stability. This research underscores the potential of digital health technologies to enhance educational practices by integrating cultural and musical studies, offering scalable solutions in biotechnological education frameworks.
