Strategic Integration of Digital Health Education within College Psychology Curricula: Evaluating Commercial and Health Sector Outcomes

Abstract

This paper first investigates the basic concept of digital health education, its positive impact on society, and the way digital health education permeates the educational psychology of colleges and universities. Then, reliability measures and exploratory factor analysis were used to study the factors influencing students’ digital health literacy, and the differences in digital health literacy of college students were analyzed in four dimensions: digital skills, digital discernment ability, digital self-concept, and digital behavior. Finally, the influence of digital health education concept on students’ mental health education was studied through comparative analysis, and the effect of digital concept on the enhancement of students’ mental education was investigated. The digital self-perception of college students in colleges and universities is concentrated at a high level, with only a small number of students scoring below 25. Through digital psychological teaching, students’ psychological cognition level increased by 19%, 14% more than the normal teaching method. The research in this paper has some guiding significance for the development of psychological education in colleges and universities.
