This study explores the integration of campus ideologies and mental health education within the framework of big data and intelligent management strategies, focusing on mechanisms that enhance the synergy between these areas. By analyzing students' ideological and psychological characteristics, the study emphasizes the application of psychological knowledge and methods to reinforce the mutual benefits of mental health education in political and ideological education. A critical component is optimizing the counselors' work management system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in addressing student needs. Empirical findings demonstrate that campus ideological education significantly predicts levels of cultural confidence and psychological health (p<0.001). Both campus thinking and cultural confidence were strong predictors of positive mental health outcomes (p<0.001). Student evaluations of campus thinking implementation were high, with a mean score of 4.3±0.58. Levels of cultural confidence and positive mental health were similarly robust, with mean scores of 5.65±0.98 and 3.09±0.45, respectively. Anxiety and depression levels were moderate to low, with mean scores of 1.11±0.57 and 0.70±0.55, respectively. These results highlight the potential of big data-driven approaches and biotechnology-inspired frameworks to advance campus mental health education and counselor workflows. The study provides actionable insights for improving the quality of mental health services and fostering a supportive educational environment through intelligent management strategies.
