Abstract

With the rapid development of aviation industry, the health monitoring of aircraft structures becomes more and more important. This paper mainly discusses the health monitoring method and detection effect of aircraft structure based on non-destructive testing technology. Firstly, the impact-resistant bionic structure of the spacecraft is studied, the characteristic structural features of the bone plate stack are extracted, and the mechanical properties of the stiffness and strength of the bone plate stack characteristic structure are analyzed, and the internal structure of the spacecraft is designed according to the bone plate stack structure. Then, based on the numerical simulation model and microwave nondestructive biological target monitoring technology, the aircraft structural health monitoring method is studied. Finally, the reliability and practicality of the inspection method are verified by analyzing the aircraft grate disc crack detection and the POD curve determination of the internal integrated inspection of the grate disc. The study shows that the probability of one-time detection for cracks with depth greater than 0.7mm is more than 90% at 95% confidence level. Microwave nondestructive testing technology can effectively achieve aircraft structural health monitoring with high accuracy. The research results of this paper can help improve the safety performance of aircraft structure and have a broad application prospect.
