Abstract

With advancements in science and technology, there is a growing emphasis on integrating humanistic educational psychology and artificial intelligence (AI) into innovative applications, particularly in education. This study explores the intersection of these domains in the teaching of youth symphony orchestras, providing insights relevant to biotechnology's role in enhancing cognitive and therapeutic outcomes through music education. Traditional music education often faces limitations in achieving desired outcomes, necessitating educational reform to address these challenges. Humanistic educational psychology, a well-established approach in education, emphasizes immersive and experiential learning, fostering emotional and intellectual engagement among students. By integrating AI technologies, the teaching process can be enhanced to address practical challenges, improve digital education methodologies, and link classroom practice with real-world applications. This study investigates the impact of humanistic educational psychology, AI, and their combination on youth symphony orchestra teaching, using a prototype teaching system supplemented by simulation-based analysis. The research examines the influence of single factors (humanistic educational psychology and AI) and composite factors (their integration) on the effectiveness of symphony teaching. Results suggest that AI technologies, when combined with humanistic psychology, significantly improve teaching outcomes by addressing practical barriers and enhancing the immersive learning experience. These findings also highlight the potential of integrating AI into humanistic education systems to develop innovative digital education frameworks. This study underscores the broader implications of combining humanistic psychology and AI in music education, particularly its potential applications in biotechnology. By leveraging these technologies, music education can be transformed into a tool for cognitive development and therapeutic interventions, offering scalable solutions for improving mental and emotional well-being. The research provides a pathway for further innovation in music therapy and biotechnology, fostering advancements in education and therapeutic practices.
