Abstract

In the era of rapid educational reform, enhancing teaching quality and fostering balanced development in biotechnology education has become a strategic priority. This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of Excel-VBA-based models in optimizing team grouping and performance assessment in biotechnology education and training programs. The integration of innovative tools into educational frameworks aligns with the evolving demands of biotechnology, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. This research develops a streamlined program using Excel and VBA, supported by detailed multi-type interview forms and questionnaires, to review teaching quality and facilitate effective team groupings. Based on the principles and processes of comprehensive assessment, the study constructs a multi-class review index management system and implements a full-scale automated evaluation system. The Excel-VBA tool automates authentication, data storage, and statistical analysis, enabling precise and comprehensive reviews of team performance in biotechnology-focused educational settings. The results demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of the Excel-VBA model in managing group assessments, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the evaluation process. By providing a scalable solution for team grouping and performance analysis, the system supports the development of high-quality educational strategies tailored to the biotechnology sector. This approach offers a practical framework for improving the organization and assessment of training programs, ensuring alignment with industry needs and the cultivation of a skilled biotech workforce. This study underscores the potential of integrating advanced evaluation tools into educational practices, contributing to the development of innovative and impactful methodologies in biotechnology education and training.
