This paper first examines the components of low-carbon supply chain management and explores the modes and means of management from the dimension of the overall system of a low-carbon green supply chain. Then it calculates the cycle cost and carbon emission of the biomass feedstock supply chain and analyzes the impact of carbon tax, transportation distance, labor consumption and other variables on the supply cost. Then the impact of objective factors on the decarbonization of supply chain management is analyzed from the macro level of technology use, technological innovation and industrial structure. Finally, based on the analysis of comprehensive influencing factors, supply chain intelligent development, industrial structure optimization and other supply chain management low-carbon transformation strategies are proposed. The significance levels of technological innovation, technology utilization level and management level on supply chain management low-carbonization are 1%, 1% and 5% respectively. The research in this paper is of great significance for the development of green low-carbon transformation of supply chain.
