This study explores the integration of digital platforms in physical education to enhance health literacy and collaborative learning, with a specific focus on applications relevant to biotechnology education. By combining the principles of ecosystem dynamics with the physical education teaching system, a comprehensive teaching ecosystem is constructed. The study analyzes factors contributing to imbalances in the physical education ecosystem and proposes strategies for maintaining equilibrium through digital interventions. Focusing on the digital transformation of physical education courses, the research evaluates the impact of exercise on the dynamic stability of the human body, with physiological data processed both biologically and digitally. The interplay between ecological balance and educational outcomes is assessed to support the overall development of students within the framework of collaborative and digitally driven physical education. Results indicate that the integration of digital platforms significantly enhances the quality of physical education. The training degree of normal walking on the hip joint was 0.65, while straddling knee-arched steps showed a training degree of 0.4 on both the hip and knee joints. The highest training degree was observed in the inverted curled brachialis impacting the ankle joint, with a value of 0.5. Post-exercise evaluation revealed a 75% improvement in physical fitness levels, followed by enhancements in aesthetic ability and resilience, each with a developmental degree of 70%. The digitalization of physical education courses showed a substantial positive impact on students' health, with an effect value of 0.9. This research highlights the transformative role of digital tools in physical education, emphasizing their potential for fostering health literacy and physical development. By aligning these practices with biotechnology-focused health education, the study underscores the value of digital platforms in preparing students for a more integrated understanding of health, fitness, and biotechnology. These findings provide actionable insights for the development of scalable and commercially viable solutions in the field of biotechnology education.
