Abstract

This paper combines the data processing advantages of biological big data technology to drive the process reengineering of the procuratorial system and empower the practical experience of procuratorial legal supervision. Taking the supervision mode of grass-roots community correction prosecution supervision as an example, it analyzes the feasibility of regulating the operation of prosecution supervision by bio-big data technology, and statistically analyzes the illegal and unauthorized situations and problematic links in the roving inspection part of the construction of the community correction prosecution supervision system. Based on the situation of inadequate supervision in the roving inspection part of the community corrections procuratorial supervision mode, it proposes the establishment of a community corrections information sharing platform and database based on bio-big data technology, and puts forward the methodological measures for the construction of the procuratorial supervision system. The types of community correction supervision cases handled by the Procuratorate, for example, in 2018, 5 cases of incomplete correction files in violation of the law accounted for 28%, and 4 cases of failure to organize study and labor in accordance with the provisions accounted for 22%. In the statistics of the number of problematic links in the circuit prosecution, the delivery and execution link is the one with the most violations of the law in the correctional process, accounting for 74.15 percent.
