Abstract

This paper combines bioinformatics to study the genetic mechanism of chronic diseases, but the pathogenesis of chronic diseases is complex and needs to be reduced through early prevention and clinical intervention. Based on the diversified operation model, suggestions are made for the future development of commercial medical insurance in chronic disease management. The impact of chronic diseases on the demand for commercial medical insurance and the operational effects of chronic disease management were analyzed using regression analysis and survey method, respectively. The results showed that chronic disease and commercial insurance were significant at the 1% level, and the relationship was positive. Only 48 patients understood the reimbursement process of commercial medical insurance, and only the overall level of satisfaction exceeded 60, and the mean value of the remaining six satisfaction items was 53.85. Therefore, insurance companies need to strengthen the publicity of commercial insurance while reforming the operation mode to improve the satisfaction of patients.
