Abstract

Mental health problems in tennis players will directly affect the athletic level and potential of the athletes to play, and may even prematurely cut off their sports career. In order to solve such problems, this paper takes positive cognition as the main method of psychological intervention, adopts a multi-baseline experimental design, designs a positive cognition intervention training course based on four core concepts, uses the TH-FX Athlete Psychological Tracking Analyzer to quickly detect and screen out sensitive points of athletes’ psychological problems and reflect the degree of athletes’ physiological responses to the sensitive points of the psyche, and carries out psychological interventions for six tennis players to study the effect of the psychological intervention on the improvement of athletes’ psychological problems. By analyzing and organizing the relevant data, the results showed that after 8 weeks of positive thinking training, the mental toughness level scores and the coping level scores of the six subjects improved compared with the pre-intervention level scores, and improved the tennis skill scores of the athletes. Therefore, the psychological intervention can improve the athletes’ psychological problems and help to cultivate more sports talents.
