Strategic Development of a Network New Media-Based Rural Digital Health Management System: A Biotechnological Approach

Abstract

This paper firstly analyzes and researches the rural digital health management path from the two directions of mass communication and network new media communication according to the requirements of digital health, so as to summarize and generalize the countermeasures of rural health management. Secondly, under the background of network new media, it constructs digital health management system, and conducts research to explain the content elements and operation logic in constructing digital health management system. Then the practice of digital health management system is descriptively analyzed to improve the level of rural health management through the implementation of dynamic health management mode and two-way interactive diagnosis and treatment mode, and the health management system of the rural elderly is exemplarily analyzed. The results show that the mean value of health level varies in different ways of aging, the mean value of health water in family aging (3.62) is the highest, self-aging (3.54) is the second highest, and institutional aging (3.06) is the lowest, and self-aging, family aging, and institutional aging are all significantly and positively correlated with health level. This study improves the media health literacy of rural elderly groups, so that rural elderly groups can effectively strengthen self-health management.
