Positive psychology realizes the goal of college parenting by enhancing the confidence of poor college students in the face of life and provides an effective path to promote the innovation and development of college financial aid parenting mechanism. This paper analyzes the basic theories of college financial aid nurturing and positive psychology and gives the inspiration of positive psychology for enhancing the effect of financial aid nurturing. Taking the mental health construction situation of the recipients as an example, it is designed to analyze the different points of time as well as the differentiation of psychological capital. The results showed that the mean standard deviation of somatization of the recipients under different time points was 1.17±0.11, which showed a highly significant difference at 1% level. The dimensions of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, and paranoia also produced significant improvement after financial aid. Positive psychology should be integrated into the process of college financial aid to better understand the mental health of the recipients as a way to help colleges and universities provide effective measures for student development in a targeted manner.
