Abstract

This study investigates the synergistic potential of ecological culture and eco-tourism in strengthening national identity through sustainable practices. By employing a biotechnological approach to analyze the components of eco-cultural tourism, this research delves into the interactive relationships between environmental factors and cultural elements. Utilizing biotechnological tools, the study assesses the adaptability of ethnic groups to their natural environments and proposes innovative methods for integrating and enhancing regional ecological cultures. The impact of promoting traditional eco-cultural tourism on ethnic identity was quantitatively analyzed, demonstrating that such initiatives significantly contribute to the hierarchical development of national identity. The influence of eco-cultural tourism on the architectural and natural landscape preservation scores 0.65 and 0.75, respectively, indicating substantial benefits. Most notably, the local traditional culture, a vital aspect of national identity, exhibited the highest degree of enhancement, with an embodiment degree of 0.85. Furthermore, the promotion of eco-cultural tourism was found to foster an atmosphere of equality among ethnic groups, thereby facilitating inclusive community development. The results of this study not only enrich the understanding of how eco-cultural tourism can be leveraged to enhance national identity but also demonstrate the critical role of biotechnological innovations in advancing sustainable tourism practices that respect and promote cultural heritage. This investigation underscores the importance of integrating biotechnological strategies within eco-cultural tourism to achieve a balanced and sustainable enhancement of national identity, offering valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in the tourism and cultural sectors.
