Abstract

This study aims to analyze the complicated dynamics of the relationship between industry and university cooperation and technology transfer in the United States of America within the context of the biotechnology industry. The independent variables are technological innovation and knowledge management, and the dependent variables are technology transfer and knowledge creation. The study also examines adaptive capabilities as a mediating variable. The study gathered and analyzed data using quantitative methods. Data was collected by using a survey, and the study’s target population is the industry experts from the biotech industry in the USA. Statistical analysis shows that the study model is a good fit. SEM was performed to test the hypotheses. Results have shown that technology transfer and knowledge creation have a significant impact on knowledge management, and knowledge creation and technology transfer significantly impact technological innovation. However, the mediation of ADC was not accepted.
