In the present study, the researcher has analyzed the biotechnology firm performance through individual and external environment. The mediating role of entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial education have also been observed in the present study. The researcher has conducted this study by determining the causal relationship among variables and implementing a ‘quantitative research strategy.’ The data was collected through the disbursement of questionnaires and the researcher analyzed 203 questionnaires through SPSS. Results depicted that individual and external environment significantly impacts the bio-technology firm’s performance. Mediation of entrepreneurial mind set, and entrepreneurial education have also been resulted as significant. The present study holds various theoretical and practical implications. This study enhances the emerging literature regarding the hypothesized association among variables. The practical insights can also be attained by the HRM department of bio-technology firms regarding the ways through which performance of such firms can be improved. The research limitations and future indications have also been provided by the researcher in the paper.
