For data collection, questionnaires were disbursed among the target audience in accordance with suitable primary research method. Received questionnaires were cleaned and screened for data analysis. The researcher has analyzed final questionnaire forms through Smart-PLS. Different statistical techniques were applied in this regard including RCM, Construct’s validity, model fitness and structural equation modelling. Results depicted that the linear hypothesis was significant, and TC and TA significantly influenced SCD. The mediation of organizational culture and university support have been resulted to be insignificant. The research holds various important implications for the biology departments as it enlightens the role of teacher’s awareness and competencies in drawing the support for career development.
