Strategic Influence of top management and business models on biotechnology venture performance: Focusing on the role played by organizational culture and dynamism in responding to pharmaceutical market changes

The present research aims to assess the strategic influence of top management and business models on the performance of biotechnology ventures. In this regard, the researcher has focused on the role played by OC and dynamism. Quantitative research methodology was used to assess the hypothesized associations among variables. Data was analyzed through SPSS and AMOS. Results depicted that SA and OC significantly impact BTV whereas TL insignificantly impacts BTV. Mediation of DC has also been observed to be significant between SA, TL, OC and BTV. The study adds valuable insights in the literature regarding BTV. Practically, this research provides beneficial insights to the management of BTV that can enhance their performance through SA and OC. The research limitations and future research indications are also provided in the research.
