The present study analyzed European biotechnology firms' market performance through inspirational leadership, servant leadership and ethical leadership. The mediation of top management support has also been analyzed in this regard. The researcher proceeded with the study by undertaking an explanatory quantitative research design. As the causal association had to be determined, therefore this method was adopted. Data was collected through questionnaires, and the researcher analyzed 207 questionnaires using SPSS and AMOS. Structural equation modelling was implemented to assess the hypothesized association among variables. Results depicted that SL and IL significantly impact MP, whereas EL insignificantly relates to the MP of bio-technology firms. The mediation of TMS was significant between SL, IL, and MP, whereas the mediation resulted in being insignificant between EL and MP. This study extends the literature regarding the importance of leadership styles in driving market performance. The originality of this research lies in assessing these leadership styles and their potential to impact the market performance of bio-technology firms. The present study holds numerous methodological or other related shortcomings. The researcher has also provided future research indications.
