The present study has been focused on assessing the ethical implications in the artificial intelligence integration within the USA healthcare sector through innovation adaptability, perceived AI usefulness, artificial intelligence awareness and the artificial intelligence integration or application. Mediation of ethical bio-education has also been observed in this regard. By applying a quantitative research mechanism, the researcher collected data from respondents and analyzed 211 questionnaires. Results depicted that IAI and PUS insignificantly impact AII, whereas IAD significantly impacts AII. The mediation of EBE has turned out to be significant. The present study holds numerous implications as the study provides insights regarding integration of artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector. The research limitations and future research indications are also covered in the study to increase its generalizability.
