High intensity training is the most common form of modern sports training. High intensity training can enable athletes to improve their average output power during training in a short period of time, while improving their muscle buffering ability. This article conducts dynamic experiments on 10 athletes to explore whether their average output power during high intensity sports training has been improved and whether their muscle buffering ability has been improved after training. Whether in the training of long jumpers or middle- and long-distance runners, under high intensity training, the average output power of the human body is improved, and the muscle buffering ability is strengthened.
