Abstract:

Colorectal cancer is one of the major cancers that seriously threaten human health. In order to provide guidelines and supervision for self-care behaviors such as disease management, role management and emotion management in patients with permanent colostomy, this paper employs patients with permanent colostomy in a tertiary care hospital within one year as the study population. An intelligent care device based on the interval-valued fuzzy soft-set intervention algorithm is used to intervene in the self-care behaviors of the patients in the test group. Specifically, the time effect for the level of self-care scores is 90.453, the group effect is 19.713 and the time factor and group interaction are 19.784 before and after the intervention. Moreover, the time effect for the level of Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores is 198.493, the group effect is 15.022 and the time factor and group interaction are 4.847. Furthermore, the time effect for the Hamilton Depression Scale score level is 30.578, the group effect is 13.574 and the time factor and group interaction are 3.998. The decrease in the number of stoma complications is approximately 10% and the decrease in the peripheral skin variance is approximately 50%. This suggests that interventions using intelligent care devices are effective in enhancing the self-care of stoma patients. It also has a positive impact on improving the condition of the surrounding skin and reducing the incidence of stoma complications.
