Abstract:

Numerous studies related to health show that unhealthy lifestyles are becoming a major threat to human health. Although people pay more and more attention to health, in actual life, people often cannot maintain a healthy lifestyle well because of factors such as personal, environmental and other conditions. In order to uncover the reasons behind these phenomena, this paper explores how to help people form a healthy lifestyle from the perspective of design, and provides practical solutions for this type of problem. This paper analyzes and studies the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP scale for short) and HPLPII, proposes the content and composition of a healthy lifestyle, and provides a theoretical basis for the exploration of the influencing factors of a healthy lifestyle. It enables people to better understand healthy lifestyles and improve their own behaviors, and at the same time has certain reference and guiding significance for the design practices in related fields that affect people's healthy lifestyle factors.
