Abstract:

This research looks into the academic and industrial alliances associated with the biotechnological sector in the United States and the influences these alliances have on innovation and development. The biotechnology sector in the US is the focus of this research. This study analyzes the structural equation modeling along with quantitative survey data, allowing for examining and verifying several hypotheses of the study. The research contributes to a wider application of innovation and development within the biotechnology sector research field, which relates to university and industry alliances from a theoretical point of view. In addition to this, the research investigates the mediating effect that commercialization has on the relationship between universities and industries alliance together to foster innovation. In the final part of this research, the researchers explore the study's limitations and theoretical and practical significance.
